Return and Exchange Policy

1. General rule
We do not offer refunds or exchanges of items purchased at FIS bookshops or the e-Shop.

2. Defective or damaged products
Exchanges (not refunds) are allowed for defective or damaged products only.

• You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
• The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required (if necessary).

3. How to return Defective or damaged products

• For in-store purchases: return to the FIS bookshop where originally purchased.
• For e-Shop purchases: contact us at purchasing@g.lfis.edu.hk for return instructions.

4. Out of Stock Replacement Items
If the exact replacement item for a detective product is out of stock, you may:

• Choose another item of the same value, or
• Pay the difference for a higher-priced item, or
• If choosing a lower-priced item, there is no cash refund.
